Delivery and Pickup

How does drop-off and pickup work?

We deliver the equipment, set it up completely, and return to pick it up at the agreed time. Tell us where to go and where you want the setup placed.

What time will you deliver?

We schedule deliveries based on your event time and route. We aim to deliver at least two hours before your party starts whenever the route allows.

Can I have it for multiple days?

Yes. Day 1 is billed at the full daily rate, and day 2 and beyond are billed at 75% of the daily rate.

Do you deliver to my city?

We serve Cleveland, Porter, and Atascosita, TX. If you are outside those areas, contact us and we will let you know whether we can accommodate the location.

Setup Requirements

What do I need to have ready for setup?

For bounce houses, we need a flat grass or concrete area, an electrical outlet within 50 feet for the blower, and a clear path from the street to the setup location.

Can you set up on concrete or pavement?

Yes. We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Grass setups use stakes. Hard surfaces use sandbag anchoring, so tell us your surface type when booking.

Safety and Compliance

Are your bounce houses safe and inspected?

Yes. Units are inspected before rentals for wear, tears, and proper inflation. We follow manufacturer safety guidance for anchoring, capacity, and supervision.

What is the weight and age limit for bounce houses?

Our bounce houses are intended for children ages 2–12, with a maximum combined weight capacity of about 500 pounds inside at one time. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Booking and Payment

How do I pay?

We accept Cash App, Zelle, cash, and credit card payments. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

When do I pay?

Payment is due before or at delivery. After you submit your booking request, we will follow up to confirm availability and payment details.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your date. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. The rental agreement and liability waiver are included in the online booking form and must be accepted before submitting a request.
